Decision making beyond majority and consensus
Traditional majority voting or working towards consensus often creates winners and losers in a group or team. That dynamic can undermine the implementation of any decision. 5toFold offers a more visible process that reveals the degree of support and potential reservations within your team. There is space in the process for all to ask clarifying questions and the initiator has the oppprtunity to adjust the propsal before the vote and there is safety to show your point or belief in the proposal, from five to fold (veto).
